REMAINDER OF SCHOOL YEAR 2019-2020

Pursuant to the extension of the Enhanced Community Quarantine in Luzon to April 30, 2020 by the President Rodrigo Duterte, the ‘Interim Guidance for Students’ will remain effective with the following revisions:

I. FULFILLMENT OF REQUIREMENTS AND CLEARANCE

1. Personal submission of academic requirements is strictly prohibited during the implementation of the extended enhanced community quarantine, that is, April 30, 2020 ,or until the same is lifted;

2. The timeline, method and instruction for the remote submission of the academic requirements shall be a shared responsibility between students and their respective instructors and/or professors. Thus, students and instructors/professors are urged to communicate with each other.

II. MAJOR EXAMINATION

Due to the extension of the enhanced community quarantine, as an alternative measure to the paper-based examination, the Final Examinations shall be conducted through online portals on April 20, 2020 to April 25, 2020.
