The CCIS Black Dragons of Systems Plus College Foundation brought home several awards during the Regional Assembly on Information Technology Education 2018 by winning from various competitions on September 7, 2018 at the Angeles University Foundation Sports and Cultural Center.

The College of Computing and Information Sciences garnered the following awards: First Runner-up in the TORO.IO Hackathon (Jan Paulo Dela Peña and Allen Lenon; Coach: Mr. Ian Brylle Nicdao); Second Runner-up in the TORO.IO Hackathon (Jeremie Vince Quizon and Leian Jules Baclagon; Coach: Mrs. Melissa Pantig); Third Runner-up in Digital Drawing (Geanne Tyrone Tandoc; Coach: Mr. Ricky Oliveria); and Second Runner-up in the Miss Ambassador of Goodwill (Samantha Claire Ronquillo; Coach: Mr. Marvin Reyes)
