On June 2004, marked the opening of the College of Nursing offering the four-year Bachelor of Science in Nursing Program, the first allied health degree program of the school. I response to the current educational needs, the Systems Plus College Foundation, established the College of Nursing, Competency-based and community-centered curriculum was implemented. Throughout the 4-year program, the teaching-learning activities revolve around the promotion of health, prevention of illness, curative and rehabilitation with the community as its client in 2008, it had its first batch of graduates in the 4 year competency-based and community-centered curriculum.

February 12, 2008 also marked the issuance of Government Recognition # HER 006 s. 2008 issued by the Commission on Higher Education. With it major center on classroom, clinical and community instruction. Linkages and networking, the college has been working in partnership of hospitals and community health centers such as Jose B. Lingad Memorial Regional Hospital. As the base hospital, Ospital ning Angeles, National Center for Mental Health, San Lazaro Hospital, Philippine Orthopedic Center and Mabalacat City Health Office.

Bautista (2011-present) the past and the present deans of the college and the faculty, will continue to give quality nursing education in the country in order to develop professional nurses who are competent, compassionate and caring.
